Vikas Sehgal, CEO

Under Vikas Sehgal’s leadership, Nagarro has grown into a leading provider of specialized business services for some of the world’s most well-known companies. His vision has been instrumental in expanding Nagarro’s strategic value to help customers gain competitive advantage. Vikas has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry and has led key strategic IT projects for Global 100 companies. Prior to founding Nagarro, Vikas led the development of network management and satellite based telecom products for Hughes Aircraft, where he received several awards for software excellence and team leadership. Vikas holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Manas Fuloria, Managing Director (Europe)

Manas Fuloria is responsible for Nagarro’s European operations and leads global strategic business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances. He has driven technology and operations management initiatives for global companies such as New Balance, Gap, Umicore, Coca Cola Foods, Carrier Corporation and J&J Pharma. Manas brings extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management as co-founder and CTO of enterprise software company SupplyChainge Inc.; co-founder of manufacturing company Dextrous Faber; advisor to Internet marketing firm NetElixir; a consultant with MNI Partners; and a Research Associate at the Harvard Business School’s Technology and Operations Group. Manas holds a PhD in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Vishal Gauri, President (North America)

Vishal Gauri leads Nagarro’s North American operations and oversees global customer management. Vishal brings extensive experience in both technology development and operations, with prior leadership experience in these areas at General Electric and Novellus Systems. He has authored numerous international publications and holds 14 patents in areas such as composite materials, ceramic processing, UV technology and plasma reactors. His industry recognition includes awards from the American Institute of Chemists and Sigma Xi, the scientific research society. Vishal holds a PhD from the Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Vikram Sehgal, Managing Director (India)

Vikram Sehgal is responsible for managing operations at Nagarro’s development center. Under his stewardship, the company’s operations have successfully grown in personnel, infrastructure and capabilities. Vikram has extensive experience in large-scale project management, resource and capacity management, establishing quality processes and fast ramp-ups. As head of Nagarro’s development center, he is responsible for all project delivery and also acts as a liaison between customers and engineering teams. He has been overseen implementations in several domains including SCADA systems, regulatory pharmaceuticals, product engineering and manufacturing optimization. Vikram has more than 19 years of IT industry experience and ran his own software consulting business prior to joining Nagarro.  He is a Gold Medalist in Electronics & Communications Engineering from REC Kurukshetra.

Manmohan Gupta, Head of Engineering

Manmohan Gupta is responsible for driving technical strategies and plans for Nagarro’s service offerings. He mentors Nagarro’s technical managers and staff, and works closely with customers to help them maximize their success. With more than 17 years of experience in software architecture, design and development, Manmohan brings diverse technology expertise to Nagarro. He has extensive experience in the architecture of portal solutions, workflow systems, eCommerce platforms, eLearning solutions, business intelligence and reporting systems. He is responsible for all hiring and training of technical personnel and been instrumental in building a world-class engineering team at Nagarro’s development center. Manmohan is also a founder-partner of the education firm Vidya Mandir Classes, which was acquired by Educomp Solutions in 2010. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
