Nagarro and T-Systems Jointly Settle Dispute with SigmaSix

San Jose, Calif. — December 9, 2009
Nagarro, Inc. (www.nagarro.com) today announced that it and T-Systems International GmbH (a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG) have amicably resolved all outstanding issues with Sigma Six Technologies, Inc and Sigma Six Consulting, LLC through a confidential agreement. All parties concluded that the lawsuit was the product of a misunderstanding between the parties which has now been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of everyone. There was no admission of liability.
