Vikas Sehgal, President and CEO Under Vikas Sehgal’s leadership, Nagarro has grown into a leading provider of specialized business services for clients ranging from multi-billion dollar companies to startups. He has defined the vision and direction of Nagarro, and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s ability to act as a strategic partner to its clients. He has more than 12 years of experience in the software industry and has led key strategic IT projects for Global 100 companies. Prior to founding Nagarro, Mr. Sehgal led the development of network management and satellite based telecom products for Hughes Aircraft, where he received several awards for software excellence and team leadership. Mr. Sehgal holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Manas Fuloria, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy Manas Fuloria is responsible for evaluating and leading new strategic business opportunities, including key partnerships and alliances. He has driven technology and operations management initiatives for global companies such as New Balance, Gap, Umicore, Coca Cola Foods, Carrier Corporation and J&J Pharma. Mr. Fuloria brings extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management as co-founder and CTO of enterprise software company SupplyChainge Inc., co-founder of manufacturing company Dextrous Faber, advisor to Internet marketing firm NetElixir, a consultant with MNI Partners, and a Research Associate at the Harvard Business School’s Technology and Operations Group. Mr. Fuloria holds a PhD in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Vishal Gauri, Executive Vice President, Customer Solutions Vishal Gauri heads Solutions Engineering and Customer Management at Nagarro. He also directs strategic initiatives with key partners to jointly develop advanced solutions to meet emerging industry demands. Mr. Gauri brings extensive domain knowledge in semiconductors and advanced materials, where he has been on the forefront of new technology development for over 12 years. Prior to joining Nagarro, Mr. Gauri held various positions in R&D and operations with General Electric and Novellus Systems, Inc. He has authored numerous international publications and holds 13 patents in areas such as composite materials, ceramic processing, UV technology and plasma reactors. His industry recognition includes awards from the American Institute of Chemists and Sigma Xi, the scientific research society. Mr. Gauri holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Vikram Sehgal, COO Nagarro India Vikram Sehgal is responsible for managing the operational capabilities at Nagarro’s development center. Under his stewardship, the company’s operations have successfully grown in personnel, infrastructure and capabilities. Mr. Sehgal has extensive experience in large-scale project management, resource and capacity management, establishing quality processes and fast ramp-ups. In his capacity as head of the development center, he is responsible for all project delivery and also acts as a liaison between clients and engineering teams. He has been responsible for managing implementations in several domains including SCADA systems, regulatory pharmaceuticals, product engineering and manufacturing optimization. Mr. Sehgal has more than 15 years of IT industry experience. He is a Gold Medalist in Electronics & Communications Engineering from REC Kurukshetra. Prior to Nagarro, Mr. Sehgal ran his own software consulting business. Manmohan Gupta, CTO Nagarro India Manmohan Gupta is responsible for driving technical strategies and plans for Nagarro’s service offerings. He mentors Nagarro’s development teams and technical leadership and works closely with clients to help them maximize their success. With more than 12 years of experience in software architecture, design and development, Mr. Gupta brings diverse technology expertise to Nagarro. He has extensive experience in the architecture of portal solutions, workflow systems, eCommerce platforms, eLearning solutions, business intelligence and reporting systems. He is responsible for all hiring and training of technical personnel and been instrumental in building a world-class engineering team at Nagarro’s development center. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
